They discriminate and profile people with and for no reason as well as it does not feel inviting to come here better luck shopping online if you would even want to get clothes from here.

The store was clean....

The store was clean. However, standing in a long line with one clerk who continued to need assistance from the only other working clerk was ridiculous. With store associates standing around and a manager no where insight, this is not how to run a business with the peak of the holiday season around the corner.

1st time in this sto...

1st time in this store in general never thought about shopping inside due to the fact of them maybe not having clothing in my size as soon as I walked in faith the employee was so kind to help me and my daughter out she went beyond and out of her way to make sure I was satisfied with the items that she had shown me and helped me pick down gave me different options She was great all the way around Happy customer Love my purchase and I don't regret purchasing the jeans in the shorts that I've got today

Too pricey for me......

Too pricey for me... however, good quality clothing and fantastic bras. This is the only place I buy bras from because they are very comfortable. The three bras I've had for the past year now have held up very well as though I just bought them yesterday. I only give them a 4 star because of price otherwise quality is a 5.

Long lines with very...

Long lines with very slow cashiers that were more interested in gossiping amongst each other then tending to clients. The floor workers were more helpful and actually working hard to help customers out & offered real quick service with a smile. The cashiers could learn some work ethic and manners from them because they were so rude.

Amazing staff and so...

Amazing staff and so many clothing options! I recently just started to work here and I have an all new appreciation for American Eagle. They take their customers happiness so seriously and on top of that they really care about their employees! Always a super clean environment and sooo many trendy options to buy. Check out shopping from them online! I’ve found crazy cute online exclusives that are available for curbside pick up!

An associate named Faith, helped us as the Fashion Fair Mall, she was amazing and so helpful. It was our first time in the store and because of our experience there (with all the associates including Faith) we will definitely be going back.

Overpriced jeans. Fraudulent advertising. They place a big buy 1 50% off sign outside the store but they do not give you the discount. When you ask where those discounted bottoms are, they could not point out where exactly. Very baity, dishonest advert. Save your hard earned $$$.
